One of the most important areas of our activities is acting as legal consultants in real estate matters. We represent our Clients primarily in connection with large-scale real estate projects. There are several foreign real estate investors (from business associations operating with the participation of international real estate funds through companies owned by private investors to individual investors) who have been our Clients for many years.  We provided legal assistance in the establishment of a shopping centre chain just like in the expansion of a do it yourself and home furnishing department store, in forming their real estate portfolio, in elaborating the legal construction of greenfield real estate projects, of a downtown hotel investment from the official authorization to the leasing, or handling of office building projects. We provide full range of services to our Clients, from elaborating the most suitable legal construction for a specific project through the foundation of the project company, arranging for the official licences and real estate registration procedures up to the utilization (leasing for operation or rental), or possibly sale (sale of the business quota or the real estate) of the project.
