Our association has an extensive practice in the field of commercial law in the broadest sense of the term. Our activities include preparation, drawing up, interpretation of a wide range of supply contracts and if necessary, analysing them and drawing up of opinions with the involvement of the competent authorities. As legal representatives of both credit institutions and companies receiving loans, we participate in elaborating complex project financing constructions, in drawing up of contracts which create the basic legal relationship, in setting up the system of securities and in the enforcement of guarantees. We give high priority to every segment of corporate law as a separate area within the commercial law. It is often our task to manage and enforce the claims of our Clients that they have on various grounds and represent them in enforcement and liquidation proceedings.
