We have gained experience during the representation of our Clients in the field of industrial property rights protection, copyright, inherent rights and subsidiary rights, as well as trademark protection.

With the electronic media gaining ground, in addition to the classical tasks related to copyright and industrial property right protection, we put increasing emphasis on advising our Clients concerning their advertisement materials, the drafting of the legal statements on their websites and we assist them to enforce claims, in case any unlawful use of contents published by them occurs.

In addition, we have significant experience in the field of national, community and international trademark protection; we have participated in the registration of a number of Community trademarks. We provide legal advice to our Clients regarding trademark protection, we represent them in the course of the research of national and international trademarks and trademark applications before the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (former Hungarian Patent Office) as well as before the OHIM having its seat in Alicante, furthermore of the international extension of the trademark protection via the Madrid Agreement and the Madrid Protocol. With our work we help to enforce the rights and obligations arising from trademark protection and in case of instruction from the Client, we represent the interests of our Clients against unauthorized users of the trademark. We support the economic activities of our Clients with the preparation and presentation of legal opinion on licences for use, licence agreements.
